Navigation Shortcuts

Ctrl + Arrow Keys

Select all cells in the current data region. Press again to select the entire sheet.

F2

Enter edit mode for the current cell. The cursor appears inside the cell. Press Escape to cancel.

Add a line break inside a cell. This is how you type multiple lines in one cell without moving to the next cell.

Ctrl + D / Ctrl + R
